Back in 2017, we stood just metres apart, each photographing The Blade installation in Hull city centre—completely unaware of the future we'd one day share. Eight years later, fate finally closed the gap.

Our first conversation began with a shared love of board games—Ethan asked about favourites, and Ticket to Ride sparked an instant connection. That night we played our first game!

Haven't played it for a while because some people in the friend group got a little too competitive blocking people finishing routes... 😅
